Working within care management I have seen many changes in regulation, legislation and general service requirement, but have always stand firm with the principal that; care services should be tailor made to an individual, placing that person in the centre of all decision making.

I am the Finance Director for the Company, mananging all contracts and financal matters enjoying working with my fellow Directors towards the general running of the company. I work on a day to day basis with different departments of the local authorities, NHS, and indivduals to manage the financal aspect of there care to ensure the smooth running of the service.
